WE
EMPOWER
MOMS
Every person in the family is important when it comes to raising resilient, happy, drug-free kids. But mom's are the front line soldiers for their families health and development. They do the research, have the hard conversations, and often feel alone in an imbalance world that has normalized dis-ease and addiction. On top of that, they keep the schedule, coordinate appointments, and are often the primary emotional support system for everyone. That's why they deserve the most support. We know that when mom's have support, the rest of the family thrives.

RESTORE
BRAIN-BODY BALANCE
Whether or not your child has been given a diagnosis, they are not broken, the brain and body are simply out of balance.
Feelings like overwhelm, meltdowns, shutdowns, anxiety or depression are simply key indicators of an overdeveloped fight or flight response. Tightness in the neck, shoulders, hamstrings and back are the body's response to this overactive part of the nervous system
Medicating or spending endless hours at counseling and therapy may be good stop-gaps, but they don't address this imbalance. We restore balance to the Rest, Digest, Develop part of the brain, through the Vagus nerve, and the body balances itself, becoming more resilient and happier, naturally.
"I owe a lot of the goodness that has come into my life to you, so much healing and growth has come to me this year."
Chelsea Kauffman
"This time last year, I was a frazzled mother of 2, just barely getting by. Thanks to Taylor’s courses, I’m a happier, healthier person for myself and my family."
Janell Parks
BALANCE
THROUGH
THE
VAGUS
NERVE
Imbalance in the Vagus nerve can cause many of the behaviors and struggles that make it feel impossible to raise a child that is happy and resilient. This is often the primary driver that make so many turn to medication out of desperation . If the Vagus nerve is locked in the fight or flight response from birth trauma, the end result is often a colicky baby, where the child is unable to feel calm even when its needs are met. That baby grows into a toddler that is constantly sick, reactive, and melting down, demanding technology. After a few more years, they are a kid with sensory processing difficulties that is overwhelmed and will shutdown with any change in routine. And during the most difficult stage of life, anxious or depressed teenagers feel disconnected, and self-medicated with technology or drugs and alcohol. Is it any surprise, that many adults struggle with anxiety or depression after endless hours working, they lack hope, are frustrated, and feel alone? As predictable as this progression is, so is restoring balance and preventing it through the Vagus Nerve to raise happy, resilient kids, drgu-free..
